To guarantee that your order is secure and to protect your privacy,
Look It Up employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) utilizing 128 bit encryption.
Once Look It Up receives your order, it is then decoded and processed.

Look It Up will never share your email address or personal information
with any third party. Any information we collect from you will be
used either for fraud control, order verfication or internal marketing
purposes only. This is our promise to you.

4. What is your shipping costs, times and policies?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. If an out-of-stock
condition does occur, you will be notified of the estimated shipping
date. Regular shipping is determined according to the total dollar
value of your order.
Orders may be delayed because we reserve the right to verify billing
and/or shipping information.
Standard Shipping and Handling is available within the United States
only. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive
in 4 to 6 business days. You will be notified if an item is out
of stock. Shipping and handling will be charged once per order,
with no additional charges for back ordered items. Orders must be
submitted Monday through Friday by 10 AM PST to be shipped on the
same business day. Orders placed after 10 AM PST Monday through
Thursday will ship the next day. Orders submitted after 10 AM PST
Friday will ship on Monday. Saturday delivery is not available.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time.
S & H charges:
UPS GROUND
USA - $4.95 for the first item and $1.50 for each item thereafter.
Canada & Mexico - $9.95 for
the first item and $1.50 for each item thereafter.
UPS 2ND DAY
USA only - $14.95 for the first item and $3.00 for each item thereafter.
2nd Day shipping is available for orders placed before 10am PST
Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is not available.
Shipping outside the USA: Shipping rates are calculated during checkout,
and the order is shipped via international courier. Customers are
responsible for any customs or taxes imposed on orders.

5. What is your tax policy?
Look It Up does not collect sales tax on any orders, except for
those originating in California.
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated during checkout.

6. How can I return or exchange merchandise?
You may return unworn Look It Up merchandise within twenty-one days
of purchase for an even exchange or charge credit.
To return or exchange merchandise on items shipped from our warehouse,
please fill out the information requested on the package slip, enclose
it with your merchandise and send to the appropriate address.

All packages must be prepaid for shipping. Please do not mail any
packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges
will be processed upon receipt.
We're sorry, but all orders placed on sale items are final and cannot
be returned or exchanged.

backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped.
